You'll be sent weekly job e-bulletins, as well as industry news and events.

Yes, even this traditional work website Seek has the occasional creative freelance gig. Make
sure you use the search facilities properly. You can browse the jobs, or have an alert sent to you
when a job you might be interested in pops up.

advantage and an alert sent to you when a job you might be interested in pops
up. not foolproof, but better than a kick in the head (or unemployment).

Freelancer.com.au is a freelance jobs directory for Australians. It offers links to
freelance & work at home job-boards, self-promotion tips, contract employment, lists of
self-employment health/medical insurance for freelancers, and jobs for a wide range of
freelance and home-based professionals.
Jobrapido is a funky search engine for job sites only. You can search through  all jobs posted on all
career sites in Australia, using key words to help. There's over 150,000 jobs posted on job boards,
recruitment agencies and company websites. Freelancers most welcome, so have a look!
Believe it or not, the Commonwealth Government's job listing page can also turn up some
interesting contract work from time to time. You can search for jobs via the map on the
homepage by choosing a state, local area and occupation category. The advanced search
function includes more detail in searching criteria. Not brilliant, but worth a look.
This Culture Portal has links to loads of both paid and volunteer jobs in the
arts and culture sector. It has links to websites about employment both
nationally and state-by-state. It's closing July 2010!
