designed for creative people, you'll also receive over 180 pages of extra material, resources relevant for each section, templates (such as a sample
contract and invoice for freelancers) and links to helpful organisations. Best of all, you'll find out how to make it tax deductible - brilliant!
If you'd like to enrol online, we accept credit card payments and direct debits through the
ultra-secure PayPal system. It's free to use, and you don't need to be a member.

Terms and Conditions of Enrolment: Student Agreement:
By enrolling in a workshop and making payment to Freelance Success, and agreement will exist between
you and Freelance Success and is bound by the laws of NSW, Australia.
1) By enrolling in Freelance Success you agree to pay the Course Fee (including GST) for the Workshop
you have selected. Once we receive the Course Fee in full, you are entitled to receive: a) a place in the
Workshop of your choice, unless fully booked or cancelled; b) all the materials supplied with this
Workshop; c) any and all other benefits associated with joining the Freelance Success Network.
2) If the Workshop of your choice is cancelled or full, we will do everything within our power to find you a
place in another Workshop suitable to you. If this cannot be achieved, for whatever reason, you will receive
a full refund.
3) The Course Materials that you receive become your property. However, the contents of the Course
Materials, including all copyright and intellectual property rights, remain with Freelance Success. You may
not reproduce any part of the Course Materials without consent from Freelance Success.
4) The duration of the Workshop is listed on the enrolment form. In the event that you do not complete the
Workshop, no refund will be given. If you wish to continue the Workshop at another, later date, you must
contact Freelance Success and re-enroll in any remaining Workshop sessions. You may have to pay for
this re-enrolment.
5) A full refund of your course fee will only be given if your chosen Workshop is cancelled or fully booked.
You will be informed 5 days prior to your Workshop start date if this is the case. You may re-enrol in a later
Workshop or take the refund. In no other circumstances will a refund be given. In extreme situations (such
as serious illness) you may contact Freelance Success and discuss your situation with a representative.
6) You may transfer out of one Workshop and into another as long as you give Freelance Success 5 days
notice or more before your original Workshop date. After 5 days no refund or transfer can be made.
7) If you are under 18 years of age, your parent or guardian must enter into this agreement, and your parent
or guardian agrees to be legally bound by these terms and conditions.
8) By enrolling in Freelance Success and making payment, you are warranting that: a) you are not legally
bankrupt; b) you are giving your consent to Freelance Success to undertake a credit check on you with the
Credit Reference Association of Australia if necessary, and; c) that you have the necessary funds to make
full payment.
By enrolling in Freelance Success it is understood that you have read and understood this Agreement and
agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined here.
